The NJACA is a trade association of debt collection professionals with offices in New Jersey.  Members have the opportunity to network with peers and share information about our industry with one another.   As the collection industry continues to be regulated by both the federal and state governments, NJACA members must stay informed and in compliance with laws and legislative updates.  We employ a professional government lobbyist to have our voice heard in the state house and to keep us abreast of the latest developments in collection related bills and pending legislation. 

 

Members of the NJACA also hold a dual membership with ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. The ACA offers information and education on compliance issues as well as guidance for agencies that want to enhance the efficiency and profitability of their offices.
